These are leather straps
Mens size 9, womens 11
These are also the normal fit. Not the narrow fit. I know it's hard to see but I know for a fact they are since they were my personal shoes and I cannot wear the narrow widths
I purchased these brand new for myself but the straps did stretch out some. So depending on your feet size you might have to punch a hole in the leather to make them tighter
You could always redye the straps. I did try to use suede cleaner on them but it really didnt seem like it did much
