Paul Yokoju serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer at ECSS–Environmental Network (ECSSEN). He is a highly experienced MEAL specialist with over 12 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, performance tracking, accountability systems, and organizational learning.
Paul holds a Master's Degree and has extensive expertise in designing and implementing MEAL frameworks that support evidence-based decision-making and program effectiveness. Throughout his career, he has worked with development and humanitarian agencies, ensuring that projects achieve their intended outcomes while maintaining high standards of accountability and transparency.
As the MEAL Officer, Paul leads the development and implementation of ECSSEN's monitoring and evaluation systems, oversees data collection and analysis, and supports organizational learning and continuous improvement. His work plays a critical role in measuring impact, enhancing program quality, and ensuring that ECSSEN's interventions deliver meaningful and sustainable results for communities and the environment.
