Achai Deng works as an Assistant M&E Officer for the ECSS-Environmental Network. Despite holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Isbat University, she has always been passionate about matters of climate change and Environmental Conservation from a young age, always making sure to be active and take part in any school activities and programs aiming towards environmental conservation.
As the assistant M&E officer, she provides operational support for tracking program progress, collecting field data, and ensuring data quality. She manages digital databases, and helps prepare routine performance reports to drive evidence-based decision-making and project improvements.
Her fuel is a deep-seated drive to protect our natural world, to prove that our green initiatives are actively transforming lives and building community strength to leave a lasting impact.
